- I can't find a <product> in your store. What do I do?
If you are looking for a part and can not find it in our store please feel free to either contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on our toll free number 0800 193 1232 with a description of the part you are looking for and we may be able to source the part for you.
- The <product> I want doesn't list the size I need it in. What do I do?
While we list most common part sizes on our website, if you need a
specific size of product that is not on our website please email us at
email@example.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Alternatively you can call us on our toll free number 0800 193 1232 for
advice or orders. If possible please include the parts number of the
product that you want.
- How will my items be shipped?
All items are shipped via First Class Royal Mail Signed For Delivery.
- How can I get in touch with you?
Please refer to the contact details on the Contact Us page for information on how to contact us.
- Where can I find you?
While we do not have a shop floor open to the public, we do attend conventions around the United Kingdom.
- The items I recieved were damaged in transit. What do I do?
If any goods have been damaged in transit please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to arrange replacement items. Please note that we will not be able to send out replacements until we recieve the original damaged goods at our shop. Also please note that we will not accept any returns of damaged goods after 14 day of you recieving the goods.
- I no longer want the parts I recieved. What do I do?
If you no longer want the parts you have recieved please let us know via our email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we only accept returns within 14 days of you recieving the goods and that are still in their original packaging.
